Lillia Derriel (1937)

Although the detail is rather heavy for the size of the house and the light brick and terra-cotta trim have not aged altogether gracefully, this house by a Buffalo architect is perhaps a better example of the new McKim, Mead and White academic style than their own works in Buffalo. Something at least of grace and warmth is preserved here.
